Full-Time Building Service Worker
Assists the Lead Building Service Worker in determining equipment, tools, and materials required for assigned tasks; serves as a lead worker over other volunteer workers. Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled painting, carpentry, plastering, masonry, plumbing. metal work, electrical, mechanical maintenance, and related work. Hangs doors, lays flooring, installs partitions and drop ceilings, repairs door closures and performs other carpentry work. Repairs faucets, unstops clogged lines and performs other plumbing work. Installs appliances, boilers, pneumatic controls, heating and refrigeration systems and related mechanical devices; monitors gauges, and adjusts controls on equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- High school graduation or equivalent. AND four years of diversified experience in building construction, alteration, maintenance, and repair work. OR any equivalent combination of experience
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS- Must possess or be able to possess a valid Utah’s Driver License and have a good driving record. Must be on call 24 hours a day, must have a telephone.
